Objectives:
  1. Facilitate engineers to reset "login email id, CNIC and mobile #."
Usage Requirements:
  1. Google Chrome Web Browser (recommended with latest version)
  2. Personal Computer (PC/Laptop/Desktop)
  3. WebCam attached to PC
Guidelines:
  1. Already have active user id & password, click here.
  2. Please allow camera-access for this form to take your picture.
  3. An email will be sent from [email protected] after application submission. Please check for this email in inbox/Spam/Junk folders.
  4. Want to edit your submitted information, click on URL sent in acknowledgement email.
  5. Allowed upload file type is .jpg only.
  6. Maximum allowed file size for upload is 02 MB.
  7. Please type CAPTCHA/Security Code into text box correctly.
